Support Program for Access and Reimbursement for Korlym (SPARK)

Korlym is only commercially available through a specialty pharmacy known as SPARK. Completing the SPARK Patient Enrollment Form for Korlym serves as a prescription for Korlym.

Your patients will be automatically enrolled in SPARK and will have access to:

  • A SPARK Pharmacist is on call to provide 24/7 support and checks for drug-drug interactions

  • A SPARK Care Coordinator who coordinates medication shipments and helps navigate insurance coverage and financial aid options, including:

    • Copay and deductible assistance to eligible patients

    • No-cost Korlym for eligible patients who are seeking reimbursement approval

    • Referrals to third-party organizations providing financial support for copays and qualifying medical expenses

Corcept Cares Patient Advocates offer 1-on-1 support to patients. They have previous healthcare experience and cana:

  • Provide information about hypercortisolism, how Korlym works, the need for monitoring, and what to expect once treatment starts

  • Stress the importance of following up with healthcare providers

  • Offer emotional support
