What is the best dose for me?

Your healthcare provider will work with you to find the right dose of Korlym to help you reach your treatment goals. They may suggest the following:

Starting dose

300 mg/day

An icon representing 2 Korlym® (mifepristone) 300 mg tablets

After 2-4 weeks

600 mg/day

In the next 2-4 weeks

900 mg/day

After another 2-4 weeks

1200 mg/day

This is the maximum dose

Your potassium levels should be checked before starting Korlym, 1-2 weeks after starting Korlym, and 1-2 weeks after every dose increase. Checking potassium levels is an important part of your treatment. Learn more about the signs and symptoms of low potassium.
